Northside Independent School 皇家华人 is proud to introduce the inaugural Class of 2025 inductees into the Northside ISD Athletics Hall of Honor 鈥 a distinguished recognition celebrating athletic excellence, leadership, and lasting contributions to the Northside community.
This year鈥檚 honorees represent the very best of Northside ISD, including legendary athletes, championship teams, visionary coaches, and dedicated contributors whose legacies continue to inspire:
鈼 Clarissa Davis-Wrightsil 鈥 A basketball icon and John Jay High School alumna, Clarissa is a two-time NCAA National Player of the Year and Olympic bronze medalist whose remarkable career has paved the way for generations of young athletes nationwide.
鈼 Priest Holmes 鈥 A Marshall High School graduate and NFL star, Holmes made history with the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens, establishing himself as one of the most accomplished running backs in football.
鈼 Darold Williamson 鈥 A Holmes High School standout, Williamson brought pride to Northside ISD by winning Olympic gold in the 4x400-meter relay at the 2004 Athens Games.
鈼 Taurean Prince 鈥 From the courts of Warren High School to the NBA, Prince鈥檚 inspiring journey is a testament to resilience, talent, and determination.
鈼 1966 Marshall Rams Boys Basketball Team 鈥 This groundbreaking team captured Northside ISD鈥檚 first boy鈥檚 basketball state championship, establishing a tradition of excellence that endures today.
鈼 2002 John Jay Mustangs Boys Basketball Team 鈥 With heart, skill, and determination, this team made an unforgettable run to the Texas state championship game, leaving a lasting legacy in Northside history.
鈼 Ann Krueger 鈥 A pioneering coach and mentor, Krueger鈥檚 commitment to student-athletes helped set the foundation for girls' athletics excellence throughout 皇家华人.
鈼 Kirby Jameson 鈥 A longtime coach, administrator, and advocate, Jameson鈥檚 leadership helped shape and strengthen athletic programs across the district for decades.
鈼 Stanley Laing 鈥 As Assistant Superintendent of Athletics, Laing鈥檚 visionary leadership through initiatives like "Beyond the Game" continues to elevate Northside ISD athletics to new heights.
The 2025 Hall of Honor Induction Ceremony will take place on Monday, July 28, at the Northside Sports Gym (8400 N Loop 1604 West, San Antonio, TX 78249). Festivities will begin at 6:00 p.m., followed by a reception honoring the inductees.
